Challenge Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the challenges, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The challenges are run by Rezzil (Mi Hiepa Scout Limited).

Eligibility to Enter

The challenge is open to entrants over 13 years of age. Rezzil employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering a challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the challenges are completely free to enter.

For cash prizes entrants must be able to receive funds via PayPal or international bank transfer.

Rules

You must complete the challenge in full before 23:59:59 UTC on the last day of the challenge for your score to be accepted.

Only 1 entry per squad member is allowed, the highest squad position will be taken with any others being eliminated.

Rezzil will disqualify any player if we feel they have cheated in any way.

The Prize

The winning prize will be stated in the Rezzil Player Challenges user interface.

The use of specific brand products as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

Non cash prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Rezzil’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on our Discord channel https://discord.gg/rezzil.

If the winner does not respond to messages via Discord and/or email informing them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Rezzil reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering a challenge will be used by Rezzil for the purposes of administering the challenge and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@rezzil.com.

If requested by Rezzil, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner’s first name, social handle and country of residence will be announced on Rezzil’s website, discord and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Rezzil accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in any challenge or being selected for a prize.

General

Rezzil reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
